The production process for each system varies slightly but will include one or all of the following:

  1. Specification - evaluating the requirements of the end user of the control system and diagnosing the most suitable means of control. An initial specification is agreed with the client, from a combination of consultant specification documents and meetings. We believe that spending time at the beginning of a project is essential to produce the required result.
  2. Design - this is the process of converting the specification, identifying the project needs and requirements through an evaluation of equipment and producing a technical drawing on AutoCad detailing the allocation of elements within the control system for manufacture.
  3. Manufacture - procurement of equipment to agreed specification against the design and constructing of the control panels at our workshop
  4. Commissioning - ensuring that equipment is installed to standard and that controls are operating to design requirements. Validating the design/equipment to ensure suitability and workability. The validation exercise seeks customer feedback on the control system and its effectiveness.
  5. GUI (Graphical User Interface) - This is the means the client has of accessing the BMS to monitor and adjust the controls, there are various ways of doing this from panel mounted keypads to computer software packages, all set up by ourselves and fully demonstrated to clients satisfaction.
  6. Maintenance and Servicing - carried out on existing installations either as part of a maintenance contract with an agreed schedule and agreed specifications or on an ad hoc basis to repair, upgrade and carry out modifications.
  7. Development - development of existing systems will usually occur as a result of maintenance and servicing. This involves an analysis of the system performance and the incorporation of the latest technology to continuously improve on the systems application. All Systems can be developed to produce better energy efficiency and customer use.
